The training place can be in the user's installation place for 2-3 days, with unlimited number of people. or the training can be conducted in the company for 3 days, with the travel expenses of trainees to be borne by themselves.Due to the requirements of users, the company can send engineering and technical personnel to conduct necessary technical training and technical exchange for users.
During the use of the product, if any quality problem is found, the user shall inform the company in time.The company shall arrive at the site within 48 hours after receiving the notice to solve the problem.
If the equipment is damaged due to the improper disassembly, repair and operation of the customer, it is not covered by the warranty.If we need to maintain our company, customers need to pay the relevant fees.
For the quality problems after the warranty period, the company promises to be responsible for the life-long maintenance of products, and the company has maintenance spare parts and accessories.Can provide timely repair and spare parts supply, one year later repair and maintenance, if the customer needs our company to be responsible, can sign another agreement contract.
Spare parts: it is recommended that the replacement period be three years, which shall be purchased by the customer at that time, and the company shall assist in replacement.
